Thinking labels are only personal is dangerous. I'm pretty sure some mspec lesbians do say their mspec lesbians because their bisexual homoromantic (+ other variant) but they've been asked to use a different term other then lesbian. I've seen m-spec lesbian used a couple of different wayseither denoting someone who was a masculine (butch, bigender, gender fluid, etc) lesbian or as a term …. The main problem from what I've seen is when bi/pan lesbians say their bi/pan lesbians just because their mainly sapphic or prioritize their attraction to women.

It’s an understated point. I think some people start to think they’re more sexual than they actually are.
