I've known a few people in the porn industry and what they wont tell you is why many of these people choose this work. The vast majority have been severely molested as children, dated men twice their age when they were teenagers and get exposed to really foul sexual practices at a very young and impressionable age. Turned out he was dating 3 other girls, one he was getting serious with, and she was just a fun bang, because she allowed him to do anything he could dream of with her and she didn't have the smarts to refuse. She was cheating on him as well and having 1 night stands with guys she barely knew, mostly gross dudes, gang members, drug dealers. A few of my friends slept with her during those years and never said anything nice about her. A laughing She's such a dirty hoe was a common response when her name was mentioned. It took it's toll on her soul and that can never come back. She couldn't have normal relationships afterwards because the guys she liked knew she was not a woman fit for marriage or getting serious with. She was not a woman who you'd want to raise kids with. One guy I knew began dating her and after he heard the stories, he dumped her and moved on, but not before having his fun. Fast forward a few years when she was of legal age and she was doing porn, addicted to cocaine, opiates and meth. She looked 15 years older than me even though we were the same age. She tried to hide it under makeup but you could see a lot of pain in her face and a lifetime of poor choices. I ran into her a few years back and she was so hollow, so broken, not the girl I was in class with who was spunky, funny and kind. It was really sad. She even told me that she got other girls from bad homes into porn or prostitution and ruined their lives as well. I would bet every penny in my bank account the majority of men in porn were molested by older men when they were young. Most of these people tend to cut themselves, drink or use drugs to excess and commit suicide later in life. Not really something to promote VICE unless you want to get into the ugly side, their personal and family relationships and their very, very bleak futures.
