City Hill Middle School and Naugatuck Adult Education teacher Shelby Adams was named a 2020 Educator of the Year by the Connecticut Association of Adult and Continuing Education. The Naugatuck School District serves over 4,000 students from pre-kindergarten to grade 12, with continuing education for adults.
