Thank you Vlad! Please pray for me and my children. I’m so discouraged and I’m feeling defeated. Our world has grown so cold and heaven seems so far away. I receive so much hate simply for asking for prayers. Prayers are ALL I NEED. I’m a single mother and I’m struggling to provide for my sons both are autistic and I’m overwhelmed! I lost my job because I declined the vaccine. I declined due to my heart condition I had a massive heart attack and I suffer from lupus. I am waitressing now but not making nearly enough to get by. Every month is a battle. I can’t go back to my job at the hospital because mandates are still in place. Jesus help me to overcome my fears. Because as I struggle I am fearful. Struggling to provide for me and my children is scary Struggling to buy groceries. Struggling to pay rent. BUT I trust you Lord. Jesus hear my prayers. Even though I’m discouraged I will keep faith! ❤

This is one of the best videos I've found on autistic burn out. You covered a lot of things other people leave out. On the water thing, I'd like to add, that ideal water temp depends on the person. I've had arthritis since I was little, so the cold water suggestions made me cringe. Warm or hot water works better for me, because cold water hurts, but I love being near oceans, rivers, or any natural body of water. It balances the soul. I live near a river now.
