I think mine is a healthy use as I'm also starting to grow tired of porn as it's always the same and it's just visual. You could say the same thing about a couple who has sex 3 times a day that they are addicted. Some people would argue that people in their 20 don't have enough sex as they should, they should do it at least once a day. I you ask me can you go one week without masturbating I'd say yes, but why would I? It's a physiological need. When I was a teen I did it twice a day and all of my friends were the same. Then with age you don't masturbate or have sex as much. Now if someone told me that masturbating once a day in your 20s or 30s is addiction, I'd laugh at them.
