There are some organizations that only offer wishes to people who live in certain areas.
The Rainbow Connection helps grant wishes to children living in Michigan who are between 2 ½ and 18 years old with a life threatening medical condition. Autism is not a life-threatening medical condition, but it is considered a serious medical condition that affects a child’s daily life.
Our primary goal is to be a source of joy and inspire a sense of belonging by creating a community that reaches out to participants multiple times throughout the year.

The person must be able to medically verify their illness and their inability to fund the wish on their own. Change Chapter.
Make-A-Wish is a nonprofit organization that grants wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions. Yes, autism is eligible for a Make-A-Wish wish.
