I want to confess what this sin can do to you. I first found porn as a young child around 10/11. It first started with only pictures of naked women. I remember I would go on my iPhone 4 at night and look at pictures underneath my blanket. At around 12 I found out about masturbation and porn videos from some other boys in a Christian camp and when I got home I tried it. Since then I have been doing this sin nearly everyday. Until around after the pandemic hit and we were told to stay in our houses. I grew up in a christian family and knew of God and would go to church every week, however I lived a life of rebellion against my parents and God because of different circumstances in my life but also because of this sin. Anyway I began to realise what was happening in the world and it made me wake up to the fact that we were living in the end times as here in Ireland we were not allowed to leave 20km of where our house was, no church, no school, ect. So that made me in a way turn to God and realise there was a God but I would continue to live in this addiction until this year where I decided to take God seriously in my life. however after about 9/10 years of living in this sin it was a struggle to overcome it and when I would relapse I would stay away from God. this sin caused me to go to places I am afraid/ashamed to tell anyone around which is why I confessing it here. as many of you know after dealing with an addiction for many years for you to feel that same high of when you first started you need to try different things and for me that ranged from going from normal porn videos of man and woman to going to lesbian porn then to trans porn. however this year I gave my life to christ in June and there have been periods where I would relapse but I would get back up and come to Jesus for forgiveness and continue to try live in freedom from this sin with Jesus. I did just slip up again which is why I am here on this video but I am repenting of my sin and taking your advice to continue to overcoming this sin in my life.
