Our stilettos optional classes invite you to wear your heels or heeled boots and prepare to take a walk on the wild side with sexier choreography (and hair-ography)! Heels classes are the best way to gain confidence, feel sexy, and let your hair down – while having fun in a body positive environment. Increased confidence in wearing heels. Gained experience in how to pose and present your body in a strong way.

We host dance classes for adults, beginners & savants. Our sessions are fully supportive & full of hype from the Heels family. @studiodivanj and @divasnheels - Fitness and dance classes, including their signature heels class every Friday night, Divas N Heels. Bounce (F) Bounce is a dance cardio trampolining class that is low impact on joints and provides a high-intensity cardio, euphoric sweat sesh! Classes are conducted on your own mini trampoline (maximum weight for the specialised trampolines is 150 kg).
