Leveling with Fist of War is pretty good

Cooldowns fundamentally apply to skills - if Fist of War had a cooldown, that would apply to the supported skills and prevent them being used. Cannot modify the skills of minions. See full list on pathofexile.

Multiple copies of fist of war have separate cooldowns that are not connected to each other.

Fist of War + Shockwave support + Chieftain Tawhoe's Chosen = SLAM AF (First Day Progress)
