BUT they made it. Their love allowed them to see a good future and that's what kept them strong together. My parents were like warriors. Nothing and nobody could break them up. They fought to be together and made it through all the abuse and hardship and I for one am very proud of them. My parents always paid for things in cash never borrowed and the life they gave my siblings and myself hasn't gone unnoticed. My father has passed now but what he taught my mother about his culture and country she has carried on. I am soo proud of my parents and even prouder of my mother for the woman she is. She's been through a lot and has come through it.
