Thank you for this! A couple weeks ago I had purchased a laundry soap that I don't normally get. Fast forward a couple days and the smell of the soap sent me into a tailspin, I couldn't figure out why I disliked it to the point I threw out what was left. One evening when my son walked by and I could smell his shirt the memory came flooding back of being in my Dad's apartment. I'm still working through this and taken quite off guard when it comes up without warning. This is all coming up at the same time my husband has asked for a divorce.
