Biggest downfall of porn is that people get the wrong idea about what a sexual relationship looks like. A lot of false expectations instilled and it could devolve into body negativity, self-discouragement, and honestly probably discouragement towards others too. That being said, that's a matter of perspective and people simply not understanding that porn is meant to incite a certain form of idealization. It's acting amd exaggerated, and lot of it is meant to be super conventional. Porn itself isn't inherently a negative thing, but the way some people interact with porn and how it affects their lives I think a lot of the time can be a result of porn and really just sexual impurity' still being a stigma, where people just can't have healthy convos about it. Plus there's other intersecting factors like lonliness, depression, etc. I don't think it's fair to say porn bad because simply getting rid of porn probably doesn't address the general issues surrounding lonliness and failing relationships, and needing the feel good chemicals flowing through you because your life otherwise still is relatively miserable. It's a lot like the anti-drug argument honestly. Rather than addressing socioeconomic issues that might make someone compelled to overindulge to porn or drugs in unhealthy amounts, they simply blame the porn and drugs itself.
