Otro sería escombrar mi casa, que es una actividad que me cuesta mucho, pero como me cuesta mucho siempre estoy discutiendo con mi mente. Yo recomiendo que mientras haces esto y te das cuenta que ya tienes cierta inercia, permitas dejar pasar uno de estos malos pensamientos de tristeza, ansiedad, depresión, aislamiento, ira...,etc. Es una buena manera de desahogarte y está bien llorar, pero no permitas que te absorban, si sientes que estos te están ganando vuelve a lo que estas haciendo pero de una manera inmediata, con coraje más que con voluntad.
