You never spend money you do not have. The FED and banks and all these cheap money programs should be ashamed for cheap and easy credit and little money down all these years. Pay cash for everything. If you cannot pay cash for something you cannot afford it period. Only exception is a house and even then you should pay cash if you can. Just that a mortgage is a necessary evil because of insanely high home prices and even 10 years ago when they were not that insanely high it is still a house and very expensive compared to like all others and so hard to save and pay cash. Other things no excuse.

Not sure what the hate is for. This is 100% valid and true. I have dealt with it for years now and this video really helps and I wish I had found this sooner.
