What I imagine what happened here is that this streamer was in Kabukicho where most of the buildings in the district are either bars or night club/hostess clubs managed by the yakuza, and this guy definitely looks shady, but on point on the type of people you see in Kabukicho trying, for example, to scout you from the streets to introduce you in the hostess clubs they're entitled to. So, for as much as it's legal or not, he's working, and you're disturbing his workplace. Also, in Japan you don't sit on stairs like it's nothing, but if you're in a zone of Shinjuku basically controlled by yakuza, you MUST not behave in such a manner, something way worse could've happen to her in this situation. There are a million bars in Shinjuku, why she had to sit on stairs like that, that's just idiotic. And, honestly, if you're american please don't use the racist card here. Japan has been subjected to the US for the entirety of it's modern history, if you don't behave respectfully like japanese people do you must pay consequences, and it's obvious japanese people would feel some kind of grudges towards western people, so you better not challenge them, you're automatically in the wrong. There's no cultural justification to behave in a different way than a japanese does. This is just embarrassing.

I am an IV certified LPN and just graduated with my ADN after 22 years. The fact that the treatment for extravasation or infiltration depended on the ph of the solution was not taught in the program, only to apply warm compresses for both.. For extravastiion we were just taught to stop the Iv but not to aspirate and that you would adminsiter and antidote. Thank you for the interesting video.
