People keep talking about “low-income living on waterfront” some cities are surrounded by waterfronts😂 Where would you prefer them? Underground bunkers? From just viewing this video it’s pure speculation of the apartments interior condition (mold/mildew or mechanical). My God, people. Speaking as a caseworker, low-income funding’s being strictly regulated. Individuals don’t get away with fraud like they did in past years. Semi-annual reports are required for every individual receiving state-funded assistance including housing & redevelopment. Regulations/Laws vary State-to-State. Let’s try to lead with empathy because everyone has experienced stress & hardship at times. Be blessed.
