However then my Uncle met my current aunt and I adore her as well she's the best aunt ever. She was from Trinidad. And I'm not sure because I was young but I think she was my 1st real exposure to a dark skinned person. I live in Maine. My earliest memories of her .I remember thinking wow wow she's so beautiful . Something like she was the same color as my freckles. And I liked the way she talked. The biggest thing that stood out to me was her hair. I loved her hair. It was so long. And at that time she had it in a bunch of really thick braids. I thought it was the coolest. She French Braided my hair. She treated me like a little girl. She paid attention to me she got me into anime. We bonded over digimon. Everything in my life that was feminine and fashionable came from my aunt. She only had boys so when she had me I got spoiled. She got my ears pierced bought me my 1st make up. Took me shopping for clothes And actually cared about what I looked like. I love my aunt. Aside from my husband she's my favorite person in the world.
