Johnathan love all the tips you've suggested here. But for me the critical thing that I missed was that my porn addiction was due to childhood trauma and until I addressed that in me, I was just failing over and over. I was deeply disconnected from myself and as a result I used the porn to soothe my pain. Using will power was just keeping it out temporarily ( I did semen retention for 1.5 years using will power) but never addressed the core problem. Once I got in touch with my childhood self, the real healing started and I've been on semen retention 1 month strong without any will power what so ever. People usually think they need to force themselves to stop, but that only works for a while and probably makes it worse.
